Recipe Of Good Night Sleep | Promotes Tranquil Sleep
Best to have it in the morning for a healthy fulfilling meal.
Fresh basa/ pomfret fish
Banana leaves
Salt
Black pepper
Mustard oil.
Lemon juice.
2 sachets of Shistaka Good Night sleep
Sesame oil + 2 cloves of chopped garlic
Thin jute rope
Parsley
Recipe Direction
Best to have it in the morning for a healthy fulfilling meal.
Step 1 Heat a grilling pan on a low flame.
Step 2 Use a fresh basa/ pomfret fish. wash it well in salt water & make small slits with a knife in between the fish.
Step 3 Prepare a base of 2 banana leaves. place the fish on it individually, marinate it with a pinch of salt & black pepper, 1 teaspoon of mustard oil, &1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
Step 4 Empty 2 sachets of Shistaka Good Night sleep tea on the fish
Step 5 Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil,& 2 cloves of chopped garlic & mix it well
Step 6 Wrap the marinated fish in the banana leaves & tie it up with a thin jute rope to place it on the oil gressed grilled pan.
Step 6 Let the fish roast for 10 to 15 mins in the low flame.
Step 6 Open & garnish it with chopped parsley.
